Treated Stages of
Parkinson's Disease

Early Stage
(Hoehn & Yahr 1-2)

Common symptoms:

  • Tremor in one or both limbs

  • Slight stiffness or slowness

  • Subtle postural or facial changes

  • Fatigue, softer voice

  • Fully independent

Mid Stage
(Hoehn & Yahr 3)

Common symptoms:

  • Loss of balance and coordination

  • Freezing when walking or turning

  • Slower movement and more fatigue

  • Difficulties with handwriting, eating, dressing

  • Mild cognitive slowing

Advanced Stage
(Hoehn & Yahr 4-5)

Common symptoms:

  • Severe slowness, stiffness, and frequent falls

  • Trouble standing or walking alone

  • Speech becomes unclear, swallowing issues appear

  • Memory problems, confusion, or hallucinations may occur

  • Fully or partially dependent

Comprehensive Treatment Program

At BioCells Medical, we use a multi-phase protocol that combines cell-based therapies, neuromodulation, and immune modulation. Each step is designed to reduce inflammation, protect neurons, and support brain function. The entire program is tailored to your clinical stage — helping you maintain independence, slow progression, and improve quality of life.

T-Regulatory Cells (T-Reg Cells)

By introducing purified and concentrated T-regulatory cells into the body, we help reset the immune system to a more balanced state. This reduces the inflammatory attack on the brain and helps protect neurons that are still functioning. In many cases, it also slows down the overall progression of the disease.

What are T-Reg Cells and how do they work?

T-regs are a special type of immune cell used to calm down harmful inflammation in the brain. In Parkinson’s disease, the immune system can become overactive and mistakenly damage the brain’s own nerve cells. This chronic inflammation contributes to the loss of dopamine-producing neurons — the core problem in Parkinson’s.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs)

MSCs are regenerative cells that have the ability to support, protect, and heal damaged tissue. In the case of Parkinson’s, we use them to preserve and stimulate the brain areas responsible for movement and coordination — especially those that rely on dopamine.

What benefits do Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) offer?

Once delivered into the bloodstream, MSCs travel to areas of inflammation and degeneration. There, they release natural healing molecules like growth factors and anti-inflammatory signals. These substances help calm down inflammation, reduce oxidative stress, support blood flow, and promote the survival of nerve cells. MSCs don’t replace lost neurons directly, but they help the brain hold on to what still works — and may activate self-repair in early-stage patients.

Exosomes

Exosomes are tiny particles released by stem cells. They act like messengers, carrying signals from one cell to another. In Parkinson’s therapy, we use purified exosomes derived from stem cells because they can pass through the blood-brain barrier — a natural defense that blocks many drugs from reaching the brain.

Why exosomes matter in neuroregeneration?

We deliver exosomes intranasally (through the nose), so they reach the brain directly. Once inside, they help restore communication between neurons, reduce brain inflammation, and support memory, movement, and mood. Unlike stem cells, exosomes don’t build new tissue — but they help existing cells function better and recover.

Electro-Neurotherapy (ENT)

ENT is a non-invasive therapy that uses low-level electrical stimulation to activate specific brain and nerve pathways. In Parkinson’s, many of these pathways become underactive, leading to symptoms like stiffness, tremors, or slowness.

How Electro-Neurotherapy supports healing?

ENT helps retrain the brain by reactivating circuits involved in movement. It’s especially useful for improving coordination, reducing freezing episodes, and helping patients regain better control over walking and balance. Sessions are painless and adjusted individually to each patient’s condition. Combined with the biological therapies above, ENT supports functional recovery and helps translate biological improvements into real-life benefits.

What is included in your treatment program?

Your treatment program include:

  • All medical consultations and diagnostics

  • Stem cell collection, processing, and lab work

  • Intravenous administration of cell therapies

  • Exosome protocol (including home-use kit)

  • Electro-Neurotherapy sessions

  • Medical supervision and follow-up care

  • Storage of remaining biological material for future use (upon request)

  • Patient coordination and assistance during your stay

  • Transfers between clinic and hotel (if applicable)

Each program is tailored individually. Some services may vary depending on your treatment plan.

Treatment Results

Results may vary for each individual, but in most cases you can expect the following improvements after treatment:

Stopping the Progression of Parkinso's disease up to 3.5 Years - Many patients have experienced a complete halt in the progression of their disease after treatment lasting up to three and a half years.

Improved motor control - Many patients regain better coordination and smoother movement, making walking and daily activities easier and more natural.

Reduced muscle stiffness - Stem cell therapies and neuromodulation often decrease rigidity, helping patients move more freely and feel less “locked” in their bodies.

Fewer freezing episodes - Some patients report less frequent “freezing” while walking or turning, improving safety and confidence during movement.

Better balance and posture - With improved muscle control and brain signaling, patients may stand, walk, and move with greater stability.

Improved fine motor skills - Actions like buttoning a shirt, handwriting, or using utensils often become easier and less tiring.

More independence in daily life - Improvements in movement and coordination help patients manage daily tasks like dressing or hygiene with less help.

My father had started to withdraw from everything — conversations, meals, even walking to the kitchen. After the treatment, he’s more present. He still moves slowly, but he smiles more. We even walked around the garden last week. It may sound small, but for us, it’s huge.
