👤 Patient Profile

A 10-year-old boy from Italy, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (non-verbal form). The child demonstrated heightened sensory sensitivity, non-verbal behaviour, emotional dysregulation, and stereotypic actions such as teeth grinding and tip-toe walking. His communication was limited to non-verbal cues, with difficulties in school and social environments.

🧬 Clinical Approach

In April 2024, a personalised allogeneic regenerative programme was initiated at BioCells Medical. The cell source was the child’s father (bone marrow), processed in our certified laboratory.

The child received:

Intravenous infusion of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
Intranasal delivery of MSCs and purified exosomes
Treatment took place in a clinical environment adapted for paediatric neurodevelopmental care

In August 2024, a second round of therapy was performed at the family’s home with greater comfort and reduced stress during administration.
