👤 Patient Profile: Rebecca — Italy
Diagnosis: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
Rebecca, a woman from Italy, was diagnosed with ALS in July 2023. The first symptoms began in one leg, gradually progressing to affect her arms and speech.
🧬 Clinical Approach at BioCells Medical
Rebecca began a regenerative therapy programme at BioCells Medical, designed by our doctors based on her individual condition. The first stage of treatment was completed one month ago and included cell-based therapy performed to support neuronal function and reduce inflammation.
📈 Observed Results
According to her wife, Marika, encouraging improvements were noticed shortly after therapy:
  • Movement of the lower lip improved, and her speech became easier to understand
  • Hands, previously clenched into fists, are now relaxed, with normal movement of the index fingers
  • Overall strength increased — she can now move independently from bed to wheelchair, and from wheelchair to car
  • The leg where symptoms began also became more mobile, with restored motion in the gluteal area and thigh
Marika notes that Rebecca now feels stronger, more confident, and continues to show gradual improvements.
🔁 Follow-Up
Rebecca’s family is now preparing for the next treatment cycle to continue supporting her neurological function and physical strength.
